Specifically, check for Wisconsin quarters that have an "extra leaf" on the corncob (to me it looks like what they're talking about is at the left bottom of the corncob).

If you have one and want to cash in, I'd suggest you strike while the iron is hot. From the sounds of this, quite a few of the quarters have already been "found". And in the recent past, when the federal government figures out it's accidentally printed off a few errors in the stamp department, it often deliberately prints off scads more of the errors so that people aren't paying stupidly high prices for those already in circulation.
